Today is Thursday, July 2, 2009.
The temperature in Blacksburg,
Virginia, was 63 degrees when I dressed for my run this morning.
Knowing it would be cool, I decided today would be a good day to wear my new, long sleeve LimbGear Athletic T.
Real runners know what it's like to wear moisture-wicking fabric and what a difference it makes. This was my first experience with this type of fabric and it was wonderful. So much better than a cotton T-shirt! The fabric is lightweight, tagless, and air moves through it, cooling you as you run.
Real runners know what I'm talking about. I'm a pseudo-runner, more like a wanna-be runner. I flirt with the sport of running. My workout is more spontaneous than routine and I think about running more than I actually do it.
That said, I still don't give up on the dream of becoming a regular, 3x/week-runner and each time I run, I fall in love with it all over again.
